Welcome to the TIER 3 PROGRAM!
This is the FIRST STEP in getting the STRENGTH and ENDURANCE that you WILL NEED to begin your MILITARY SERVICE!
This 12-WEEK PROGRAM is paced with the intent of you making progress over time, but it WILL be a challenge. If you find the number of reps or exercises is too much for you, then adjust it to accommodate to your level of strength or endurance. This is a program that you have control of and you can pace it to your specific needs.
Below you will see that we have included a chart that outlines all of the exercises that are included in this program. Below that chart are 12 BUTTONS that will take you to the different weekly stages of the program, along with videos from our EXERCISE LIBRARY with instructions for each exercise, as well as a chart with recommended set and rep counts.
